Open Targets Platform 26.03 open

The substrate, ingested as Parquet rather than through the GraphQL API: the vendor's own documentation says GraphQL serves a single target, disease, drug or association and directs systematic queries to the downloads. Jointly maintained by EMBL-EBI, the Sanger Institute and industry partners.

Licence: Open, redistributable. Pinned to 26.03 in conf/config.yaml; every dataset name below was read off the release listing, because post-25.03 the paths became snake_case and singular and the older camelCase names download nothing.

target	Target safety lives here, nested. There is no top-level safety dataset.
drug_warning	Withdrawals and black-box warnings: curated, drug-level, the Tier 1 label source.
evidence_clinical_precedence	Earns a negative: phase 3 or above with no liability recorded.
drug_mechanism_of_action	Drug to target, the edge the attribution step deconvolves.
openfda_significant_adverse_drug_reactions	Drug to adverse event. Tier 3 only, never pooled with Tier 1.

Hetionet / PrimeKG open

Secondary graphs, used to replicate whatever result Open Targets gives on a different construction of the same biology.

Licence: Open, redistributable.

MedDRA licensed

The adverse-event terminology. FAERS reaction fields carry MedDRA preferred-term strings, and its hierarchy is what groups them into organ classes.

Licence: Proprietary, distributed under MSSO licence. The hierarchy and the Standardised MedDRA Queries CANNOT be redistributed, so this repository ships neither. The endpoint DAG is loaded from EFO, MONDO and HPO instead, and a licensed hierarchy can be mounted by a subscriber without any other change.

FAERS open

Spontaneous adverse-event reports, used only through indication-stratified disproportionality with a noisy-OR deconvolution onto targets.

Licence: Public. Confounded by indication by construction, which is why the crude and adjusted estimates are both reported.
